Registering for Meetings
Registration will open in the fall, and all board/committee/council members and EOs will receive an invitation to register. Please make sure you "add" each meeting and meal that you will be attending to your itinerary before you complete your registration.

The NZC supports innovation in our industry with the goal of creating a market advantage for CHBA members. The mandate of the Council is to deliver services that will support members’ voluntary adoption of Net Zero Energy (NZE) housing. Members of the Net Zero Council are expected to attend, and Provincial/Local EOs are strongly encouraged to attend. The TRC discusses technical research and innovation, as well as codes, standards and regulations affecting how homes are constructed. Members of the Technical Research Committee are expected to attend, and provincial EOs are strongly encouraged to attend. All other CHBA members and HBA staff with an interest in housing technology are welcome to attend. |

The Modular Construction Council supports the increasing role of factory-built modular construction in the building industry. Members of Modular Construction Council are expected to attend, and provincial EOs are strongly encouraged to attend. The EOC is a resource for supporting the professional development of Association staff and provides advice to the Board of Directors on issues of importance. Senior staff members from local, provincial and national levels of the Association are expected to attend, and other HBA staff are welcome. The Urban Council is focused on issues that affect how Canadian communities grow and develop, including municipal infrastructure investments, new home taxes, fees, levies and charges, and development regulations.
